Instructions
  1. Mix coconut flour, chick pea flour, psyllium, fenugreek, baking soda and salt

  2. Mix egg yolk, vinegar and mix with dry pre-mix with mixer, add some water if consistency is too dry

  3. Beat egg whites until foamy and gently fold into mixture

  4. Form biscuits and place on baking sheet; bake in preheated oven at 375°F/190°C until golden brown for 25-30 minutes
